Christie has delivered my agel order last night, i tried UMI before bedtime and today i felt superb. My friend decided to purchase the UMI and OHM. Hope she will feel energetic tomorrow morning after taking the UMI tonight. Oh yes, the OHM is for her daughter who is in form four and going through year end examination.

I have also convinced Farah to start on FIT for her weight management, and we have worked out a regime to lose at least 2 kgs a month. Good luck.
